Ayus Charitable Trust
THE TRUST

Ayus Charitable Trust is founded in Auckland, Aotearoa, with an objective to provide healthcare related services. At Ayus, we believe that health is every person’s right, and a healthy community is a thriving community. While some of us have easy access to healthcare, some do not have access to necessary medical care, whether due to lack of affordability or lack of availability. We believe healthcare services should be Accessible, Accountable, Affordable and Available. The Trust is registered as an International Charity & accredited with a DONEE status.
Ayus (meaning life) has service at the centre of its work. Formally founded in April 2020, our history of providing healthcare to communities where there is critical need goes back over two decades. New Zealander Anjali Munibhargav envisioned Ayus and it is the fruition of her vast experience in health care. Unfortunately, during the Trust formation process she passed away after battling cancer. Her son Durdamya Munibhargav and husband Manu Munibhargav decided to continue her legacy in honour of her vision and memory.
Our Vision
Our vision is to make health and well-being accessible to the community.

Our Mission
Through projects, initiatives, education and training, Ayus empowers people to live healthier lifestyles and improve well-being for their families and whanau.
