Mr. Munibhargav’s passion for “Sustainable Healthcare” for all is the energy that drives Ayus.  Sustainable Healthcare is a grass roots effort that brings togethers governments, communities, and service minded organizations. Ayus brings the healthcare apparatus as a collaborative effort.

He recruited more than 250 doctors for providing services in south pacific countries including Australia and New Zealand. Currently he is the director of Sahyadri Speciality Pacific Hospitals Limited (SSPHL), a Fiji based company which had a joint venture agreement with the Ministry of Health, Government of Fiji for providing tertiary healthcare facilities. Under his leadership, a project of a 40 beds hospital was sanctioned. He secured more than USD 2.75 million funding for this project, which later had to be abandoned due to COVID-19.

As part of the “Prevention is better than cure” initiative he has organised free medical camps, free diagnostics in South Pacific countries for more than 10 years with help of the World Health Organisation, local governments, and international firms. In 2017 Mr. Manu conducted medical screenings, consultations for disabled in Fiji under an initiative which he called “Making Disable to Able” free of cost. More than 1000 people were screened and received consultations from the specialist. This kind of event took place for the first time in the country.
