Mr. Manu Munibhargav is a healthcare leader committed to sustainable, community-centered healthcare. As a driving force behind Ayus, he fosters collaboration between governments, communities, and service-oriented organizations to deliver accessible healthcare solutions.

He has recruited over 250 doctors to serve South Pacific countries, including Australia and New Zealand. A strong advocate of preventive healthcare, Mr. Munibhargav has organized free medical camps and diagnostic programs in South Pacific nations for over a decade, collaborating with the World Health Organization, local governments, and international organizations. In 2017, he launched the “Making Disable to Able” initiative in Fiji, providing screenings and specialist consultations to over 1,000 people with disabilities, a pioneering effort in the country.
